After the success of Hotel Parq Central (Albuquerque), SF Brown Real Estate has continued to develop and invest in hospitality projects. All located within Santa Fe’s Business Capitol District (BCD), the team added 22 luxury vacation rentals to their portfolio in 2020. In the summer of 2022, construction began on The Washington Inn, a 27-unit luxury hotel situated within walking distance from the Plaza.
SF Brown Real Estate continues to expand its portfolio and diversify the types of projects they develop. In the fall of 2022, Shoofly Station Apartments, an 18 unit apartment complex conveniently located in the Baca Railyard, will mark the group’s first foray into multi-family development. The group currently has over 100 additional apartment units under development slated to hit the market in 2023 and beyond.
