Shoofly Station Apartments:Located in the Baca Railyard in Santa Fe, Shoofly Station Apartments will comprise 18 apartment units. Completion is slated for Q1 of 2023.
Boylan Apartments: Located along Agua Fria Street, this 2.7 acre tract will consist of 68 apartment units. Future residents of the complex will have easy access to the city’s trail system at Frenchy’s Field Park, a half mile away, with the ability to walk and bike their way anywhere in town. Construction is slated to begin in 2023.
2020 Rosina: An adaptive reuse and infill project, 2020 Rosina will take an existing abandoned bank building and convert it to 32 apartment units in Midtown Santa Fe. Construction is slated to begin in 2023.
Zia Station: Zia Station will be New Mexico’s first transit-oriented development. The site is located at the corner of Zia Road and St. Francis Drive in Santa Fe. As one of only four RailRunner stops within the City of Santa Fe, it is uniquely positioned to become one of Santa Fe’s most progressive and attractive destinations. The current plans include over 620,000 square feet of mixed-use development. The development will include 380 housing units, 130,000 square feet of office space and 70,000 square feet of retail space.
The Washington Inn: Ideally located in the heart of downtown Santa Fe at 220 Otero Street, the Washington Inn will be a luxury collection of 27 units intended for extended stays. Construction is expected to be completed in 2024.
Past Projects
Rodeo Park 2904 Rodeo Park Drive East, Santa Fe, NM
Rodeo Park, located at 2904 Rodeo Park Drive near the intersections of St. Francis and Rodeo Road, consists of four single story office condominiums built in the distinctive architectural style that SF Brown created for the South Park development. The sleek spacious buildings with pitched metal roofs and familiar adobe exteriors include nearly 30,000 square feet of space. Current owners include a dental practice, a local marketing company, and a bio research firm. Marc was active in all of the facets of this project’s design, development, and sale. This project was eventually completely sold to owner tenants and outside investors.
Rodeo Park East, 2905 Rodeo Park Drive East, Santa Fe, NM
A master planned six office building compound totaling 73,000 square feet at 2905 Rodeo Park East is located near the intersection of Rodeo Road and St. Francis Drive. Some of the major tenants include the Judicial Information Division of the Supreme Court of New Mexico, the State of New Mexico Environmental Department, New Mexico Commission for the Blind (7,000 square feet), a Santa Fe dental practice, a law enforcement agency, Hub International Insurance and the company headquarters of SF Brown occupy the remaining space. This project primarily remains in the ownership of Marc and his partners.
South Park 2055 S Pacheco St, Santa Fe, NM
South Park, at 2055 South Pacheco Street, includes six single-story free standing office buildings totaling approximately 31,000 square feet. The design of the buildings, which are distinctive due to their pitched metal roofs, represent an innovative and contemporary departure from the stereotypical Pueblo-style architecture typically found in Santa Fe.

Originally built in 1926 as the Atchison Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad Hospital, Hotel Parq Central provides guests with a modern experience in a historic setting.
